Unfortunately we normally don’t allow for the return or exchange of products as all our curated collections are usually limited and only a few pieces are available in store.
We try to provide the description as detailed as possible and check each of our merchandise carefully before we ship it to you to avoid any surprises.
In the rare case that our merchandise (for non sales item only) was damaged during shipment, we will refund the purchase price for the item(s), less any discounts/rebates /credits/refunds already given to you in connection with such products in terms of store credit. The original shipping and handling charges or tax paid by the customers, if any, will not be refunded.
All return merchandise must be in their original condition: with JM tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from joumorie.co only. The responsibility is yours until it reaches us. Jou Morie will cover only the costs of sending you the new product ( if applicable).
For Singapore customers, we offer meet-up at various MRTs at selected hours.
Our processing time for store credit is usually 1-3 business days from the time the return is received. Store credits will be valid for 90 days upon the date of issue and strictly not refundable, not eligible for extension and not exchangeable with cash.
